You've tried everything I can think of. Other than contacting your ISP and asking them if they are blocking any inbound ports. Most of my customers rent a Windows server from a hosting company to avoid all this hassle. Then there are no routers to mess with, you have high uplink and downlink speeds, and are online 24/7.Reyes wrote:I use fibramax.
Is there a way soneone can connect to my computer remotely. Maybe using teamviewer?

Yes, or you can get a refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact me via email for that.Reyes wrote:Can I just transfer my license to someone else. Different computer, inside the u.s.

Good day, I've decided to transfer my license key so someone will be handling. I will help out but it will be running from a computer in PA. I will confirm if they are able to port forward as well since it doesnt open there either

Re: Can't seem to get other people to login
Getting the Debug window is a step forward because that shows your File Port is open and it loaded the client. But when the client tried to connect back to the server on the Packet Port (8088), it was blocked. So either the port forwarding in your router for port 8088 is incorrect or that particular computer had a security program or browser plug-in that blocked the web socket connection. It's probably the port forwarding but press Ctrl-Shift-J in the browser to bring up the error console and see if it shows anything.Reyes wrote:Here is an update we are still unable to get it to open. The 8087>8088 is not a range. You are telling it to remap port 8087 to 8088. If your system can't do a range then just make two separate entries, one for 8087>8087 and another for 8088>8088.
