Just run "Remote Desktop Connection" on your local PC, which comes included with Windows. Connect to your VPS by entering the IP address and the Administrator password supplied by GoDaddy. You can configure RDC to see your local drives so that when your run Windows Explorer on the VPS you can just copy/paste files between it and your local PC. Copy the Poker Mavens setup program to the VPS and run it just as you would locally. Go into the Windows firewall settings on the VPS and add the program file PMServer.exe to the "Allow" list.
