New site sits at "Connecting..."

Setting up the new PM5 on a new server with new IP address... all settings match and look good (as far as I can tell), but PM won't launch/connect in the test window, or in a live window.

Any common reasons why I'm just sitting on a "Connecting..." screen?

That usually means the browser loaded the client but the client could not make a websocket connection back to the server. If you have Chrome or FireFox, press Ctrl-Shift-J to bring up the browser's error console and see if there is a message in that regard. Typically it's either a firewall issue or security software blocking the connection. You can post your URL for me to test or provide it via email.
