hosting and other concerns

greetings. we are planning to purchase the $100 license to setup an altcoin poker site. we are experienced poker players but we are new to running an online poker site.
we have some questions we hope you can answer for us.

first is what do you recommend for a cheap and anonymous hosting? we all know crypto gaming is a gray area in laws of different countries so we are worried about that.
we have observed that it is a common practice to use domain.eu in crypto gaming sites. is that necessary or we could just use any cheap domains like domain.xyz types?

it would be better maybe if we could do some kind of a one-stop-shop here where some dev here could help us put up everything we want so we have it all in one place.

thank you.

If you're worried about the U.S. government seizing your domain name then the .xyz part needs to be one that isn't under U.S. control. That's how PokerStars and Full Tilt got shut down (temporarily) on "Black Friday" 5 years ago. Even though their servers were located outside the U.S., their .com domains were under U.S. jurisdiction. They didn't get them back until they agreed to stop allowing Americans to use their real-money sites.
