Hi Kent,
how can I fix the problem when all players in the tournament have registered but failed to attend.
The game falls into infinite loop of blinds and folds.

Eventually the blinds get larger than the starting chips and the problem will take care of itself. So it won't be infinite if your blinds structure is setup right.
Otherwise, set the "No-show minutes" setting and boot off the no-shows. Note however that they get refunded and the prizepool is decreased when you do that.
You can also reduce the number of no-shows by not allowing registrations too far in advance of the start time. Use the "Registration period" setting for that.
