What server do you recommend?

Hello , i am going to upload my website in the internet bud i don`t know what server and what config is the best for me,
I need a windows server to run mavens software and install a xampp software to handle my php website. approximately 300 player should play in my website.
Should i get a dedicate server or a vps can do the job .
What config is good and what company offers good prices, i will appreciate your help.
