poker mavens in my server is slow

hello to every one , sorry for my bad english language!
my server info is :
12gb ram
2x4 3.4gh intel i7 (in vmware vps)
ssd hard
windows server 2012 r2
hetzner datacenter
200mbps garranty speed 1gb port
but poker mavens card shuffling and other things is very slow...
what wrong ?
please tell me what hardware/software requiment is need to get faster poker mavens .
is see 10 website using poker mavens so all of thats have a very lower harware than my server
but that 10 website is faster than my poker mavens in card shuffling or playing game!!

Your hardware specs look very good. How many players do you have online? Is it slow when there are only a few? Launch the Windows Task Manager and see what it shows for CPU usage and Physical Memory usage percentages.

Also, launch a browser on your server and go to one of the internet speed test sites like speedtest.net, speedof.me, testmy.net, etc., and see what your actual internet speed is in both directions.

i have about 30 or 40 user online
when online users are few (about 5-6 user online) is slow too !!!!!!

i use pokermavens 4.31 and tonight i want to upgrade to 4.32
is to slow to shuffling card and other things in my server
i have no software firewall and windows firewall is off

Which edition: Pro, Gold, or Gold 64-bit? Are you running any custom scripts or some other program? What does the CPU show for PMServer.exe in the Processes tab of the Windows Task Manager? Have you rebooted your server lately? If not, try that.

Why the file named PMServer_1.exe? Where did that "_1" part come from?
