Hello Kent,
I cannot seem to find the PM 4 folder locally when i look for it through the utilities viewer but when i search for it, the folder shows up in administrator but when i go try to locate the folder on the server i cannot.
Can you tell me how this can be fixed. I am looking for hand histories and other events that the server is saving.

The AppData folder is usually marked as "hidden" so you just need to instruct Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders in it's settings. Once that's done, you should be able to navigate to:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Poker Mavens 4\
