important problem super user

hello kent
i have poker mavens 4.0.9 gold on my own server and i m admin
one of my players do all in,in the all of pot preflop and wins 95% of then
and our users are not satisfied of this matters and leave our site
what can i do ? is any way to change him to bad beat or make him a loser
please help me about this

Ban the player or remove him. But to request a super user or bad beat user feature seem ridiculous and can only lead to worse scenarios (Ultimate Bet)

No matter what poker site you play on (even huge, regulated ones like Pokerstars), people will think someone getting lucky automatically means the site's rigged. You could refer them to this article which does a good job explaining why online poker can seem rigged: http://www.thepokerbank.com/articles/online/rigged/. I seriously doubt that unless your sample size is very small. Have you actually gone through the hand history files for every single hand involving this player or is it just some anecdotal observation made during a brief time?
