The instructions are all posted on that web page. What is your specific question about it? The program is just a demonstration utility to show the statistical properties of the shuffling algorithm, with the source code. Outside of that, it has no practical use.

How do I play the cards that are better?
All cards flop or two by two or have a colors or burst.
Too bad there are cards on the flop.

how can i put the 1000000 shuffles in my pm client ? step bye step . i dont know how to use it . must i save the shuffles in where ??

You would have to write your own code. The PM client only accepts live hands generated by the server.
