in my poker game i have many administrators that sells chips

i want each admin to see the balance of his users only.

Create your own web interface and use the API to show/edit account fields based on your own criteria. Either use the available Custom or Notes fields in the Account settings or maintain your own MySQL database on the side to determine which users are controlled by which admins.
