Changing the site template

Post by Bbusyz »

Hello

I installed Poker Mavens software on a VPS, and now I'm trying to change the look of the site. But I can't figure out how and I can't find the graphic files that I need to replace with the costume images that I designed. I would appreciate it if someone guide me through this

Regards

All of the client sounds, colors, and graphics are set on the System tab in the Client Settings group. See this link for details on using custom graphics:

Hello Kent,

I've been able to change the graphics on the site, mostly putting in a new table design, until mid July (when there was a Windows update). Since then, when I go to shut off the PM server (which you have to do to put in a new table graphic), it tells me that Poker Mavens is already running and shuts down the dialog box. Why is this happening and is there any other way to turn off Mavens to insert a new table graphic?? Any help would be much appreciated!!

I experienced the same issue and it definitely was that Windows update that broke things. Fortunately there was update that fixed the update but I had to install it manually on my local machine. See this post and where to find the fix:

Unfortunately, I am not so savvy and that site is WAY above my pay grade. I'll still try to figure it out, but if you could provide any further assistance, it would be most appreciated!

Just follow that link to here:

Then pick the right update based on which version of Windows you have. Then run that, it's all automatic from there.

Installing the Windows update is the fix. The one from July broke the way sockets are closed. The one they released after that fixed it.
