i have set up the site according to the support help files. I can get the server online but when i try to connect to the game i get an internet explorer error,can't display this page.Can anyone help me out here?

Not including the file port number in the url.
Having a router without making the proper port forwarding settings.
Being blocked by the windows firewall.
Assuming you have the default value of 8087 for the file port setting, can you connect to the localhost at http://127.0.0.1:8087 from the computer where the software is installed?
