PokerMavens.net makeover

I've replaced the Flash-based server directory with a pure Javascript/JQuery version:

http://www.pokermavens.net

Same for the Trial version page:

http://www.pokermavens.net/trial

You may need to hit refresh in your browser if it's still loading the old Flash version for you.

This does not affect the actual Poker Mavens software, especially if you're not using the Directory Listing option.
