I have the gold version and need to set up tournaments that will start regardless of the number of players that have registered for it. I have 200+ users and don't want to look silly as I launch a trial for the first time. Thanks for the input.

Just set the "Start time" parameter to the date and time you want the tournament to start. As long as there are at least 2 people registered for it, it will go. Set "Recur minutes" if you want to auto reset it at a regular schedule.
