Reinstallation

Post by pzero »

Hi,

My PM server has died (hardware issue) and I need to rebuild it. I would like to retain all the PM server settings, game logs etc. Is there an easy way to do this?

The System tab settings are stored in the registry under "HKCU\Software\Briggs Softworks\Poker Mavens 2". There's an export/import function on the Poker Mavens Help menu for those. Everything else is stored as text files in the data folder. The exact location depends on if you kept the default location and which version of Windows you have. If you bring up Windows Explorer and type in %APPDATA%, that will take you directly to the Applications Data folder and there should be a "Poker Mavens" folder under that.
