Changes:
Added "Balance event" option to Callback feature. The server can now call a custom script any time a player's chip balance changes.
Fixed bug so that Site News dialog does not appear underneath table windows. This would cause the client to freeze up if one or more tables were automatically loaded when a player logged in and covered up the popup news dialog.
Fixed tournament bug that sometimes required two clicks to remove Ready button.
Fixed headers in SMTP feature so that outgoing emails are correctly identified as being UTF-8 encoded.
