You do that as a ratio with the Rake and RakeEvery settings. For example, Rake = 1, RakeEvery = 20 would rake 1 chip from every 20 in the pot. Or Rake = 5, RakeEvery = 100 which rakes 5 chips from every 100 in the pot. Both are 5% but kick in at different points, depending on what you want. There is also a RakeMax setting that puts a rake limit on each pot.

The lowest 5% increment is 1 of 20 so if that is too high for you then you need to adjust your chip scaling accordingly. Poker Mavens supports a buy-in range of 10 to 1,000,000 chips so there is plenty of range to work with.
