Everyone who logs into the client is just a regular player so there is no "administrator" in that context.

i meant. me as an administrator in the site.
i should know if someone said something on the main chat.
so if i am in my office. when someone write something on the chat
i should hear a sound notification, to serve the custumer
if thats not available . you should move it to the wish list :)

thanks alot

The Lobby chat was designed for player-to-player interaction. It would be ringing non-stop when players got into a conversation there. A better solution might be some kind of "Administrator" button that they could press to request a private chat with the admin. In the mean time, that could probably be implemented by reserving some space around the game to place an HTML button that opened a separate window and used some pre-existing chat program.
