Easy way to manage the chips?

Post by MonTheHoops »

I'm looking for an easy way to manage the amount of chips each user has without having to keep giving users more chips to enter and play the games. I understand I can go into each users profile their chips amount, but I'm not sure if there are others ways of auto-updating the amount or whether I'm getting full use of the software at the moment. Any tips on ways to use this better and make sure users are not having to be refreshed of chips all the time?

Cheers.

Perhaps an option where the player could auto rebuy chips up to the prescribed starting limit.

The easiest way is to use the default settings of:

Starting balance = 0
Allow negative balance = Yes

This requires no maintenance on your part. The system essentially loans them the chips when they join a table and that amount is subtracted from their balance. Whatever they have left when they leave gets added back. Losing players will have a net negative balance over time, winning players will be positive, and break-even players will be near 0.
