Bug Fixes:
Fixed bug in "Connection message" field on Language tab so that port number now displays correctly in client module. This only affected sites that didn't use the default English value for the "Establishing connection on port nnnn ..." message.
Fixed bug in date fields in server console that displayed incorrectly in some countries, paricularly Italy, where they display a period instead of a colon to separate hours from minutes.
