Changes:

Fixed Razz/Stud tourney bug involving side pot award to absent player. This could happen in a situation where the short stack is all-in with their ante and an absent player creates a side pot with their ante and has that awarded to them if everyone else folds. The pot award code was indexing players on the big blind position, which is always 0 in Razz and Stud and thus caused a fatal error that would crash the tournament. Everyone running Razz or Stud tourneys should upgrade as soon as possible. Holdem and Omaha tourneys are not affected.

Tourney crash file now credits rebuy and add-on fees back to remaining players. Previously it was only refunding entry fees (in addition to the remaining prize pool). This is now more consistent with the idea that the site does not profit in fees from a crashed tournament (except from players that were already knocked out).
