We had an interesting scenario during our weekly bounty tournament over the weekend. 2 players had the same hand (7722+K) in a 3 way pot. The third player was knocked out, but the bounty was only awarded to one of the players. Is that standard? I can adjust the bounties after the fact, but I was curious if anyone has seen this happen before?

Rather than split bounties, a tie breaker is used where the person in the earliest position gets the bounty.

TShaka, I am planning to run a Bounty tournament later this month, do you have any recommendations for ideal/fun tournament settings? e.g. Starting Chips to Big Blind

Interesting how you start out with antes, I'll have to try that sometime.
My antes usually don't kick in until about 60 minutes in.

Have you tried a 1/2 bounty to your Buy-In? If so, any thoughts?

Yeah, the ante is nice.

We tried a larger bounty before, but settled on 10. Leaves a good amount of money in the prize pool.
