Game going beyond set time
I held a tournament with 6 blind levels at 20 minutes per level and no breaks. The game didn't end after 120 minutes. Are there are factors that impact total game time, such as if the game is paused?

Tournaments don't end until there is a winner (unless Stop on Chop is enabled).
