legal question about players following eachother

im mavens developer and im alsways looking to improve my site. i have added telegram service where players can follow each other by the telegram app.
the service alerts in real time the user when the followed player for example sits on ring game and many more events on system.
my question is , is it fair use such kind of service on poker sites or it is not used?
this service keeps the action on tables cause strong player can follow week player or any other and by getting push notification about him sitting on table
brings him also to the action and keeps the traffic on site.
not sure i see this kind of service on other poker sites. maybe because it is not fair conduct?
