Correct, that payout structure will not chop, no matter what the Stop or Chop is set to. If you want a chop you must set your payouts so that at least the top 2 finishes have the same percentage.
Are there any full samples outlined somewhere where I can read them and see the impact.
The 30, 30, 30, 10 scenario I gave above is an example. By the way, these settings were put in place mainly to replicate the Fifty50 tournaments you see at PokerStars.
