Show winning hand(s) in table chat window

I purchased this software and love it. My friend has the same system but at his table the chat box spells out the winning hands. I can't figure out to duplicate this. Any help would be appreciated. (Keep in mind that I am not very tech savvy.)

I'm guessing you turned off the dealer chat setting: Lobby menu -> Options -> Table Settings

It should be on by default.
