Hand History Review

How can a player find and review a hand history AFTER the session is over?
How can the administrator do the same?

The hand history in the client goes away when the player closes the table since web browsers don't have direct access to the local drive. But they are all saved on the server in the data folder, which you can access by clicking the Help button on the System tab toolbar.

Not currently. You could fetch it with a direct API call from your browser or setup a web page that makes the API call. There's an example of here:
