Is there a way to delay moving onto the next hand so the table can see what won assuming there were multiple hands still in at the end of a game?

You can set the delay at the end of showdowns here:

System tab -> Client Settings -> Showdown seconds

That applies to all hands, though. The admin can pause a specific table using the Action button on the Ring Games tab in the server console.
