Changes:

Fixed gain/loss bug in tournament hand history summary section. In the Summary section of the server-side hand history files, it lists each player by name and how many chips they gained (+) or lost (-) in that hand. These should always add up to 0 but a bug in previous versions could mess that up when a player did a rebuy before the tournament started or after they lost all their chips. Ring game hand histories were not affected.

Added digital signature self-check to PMServer.exe file. The server module will now check itself to ensure it hasn't been modified.
