Changes:

Fixed late registration bug for tournaments started early. Previously if you had a tournament start time set but manually started it before that time, the late registration option stopped working once the original start time passed.

Fixed scrolling bug in client hand history window. Previously if you were viewing a previously played hand, the scrollbar would move to the top each time a new hand completed.

Removed a modulo bias from the random number generator and simplified its seeding function. The Card Shuffling Simulator has also been updated to reflect the same changes. Anyone can download the source code for the RNG on the Utilities page:
