Changes:
Server can now bind to multiple local IP addresses, including localhost (127.0.0.1). Or other IPs if you happen to have more than one network card.
System settings editor can now be resized. This makes it more convenient to edit the HTML ad fields, site description, and other multi-line settings in the server console.
Fixed rake field bugs in API and remote administration. Previously any attempt to edit the Rake, RakeEvery, or RakeMax fields from the remote admin interface were ignored. Also the API would return a spurious message about a rake field not being valid.
