Where is the poker software installed, is that also on a GoDaddy server or just your local PC (perhaps behind a router)? If it's on a remote server then likely it's just the Windows Firewall blocking the incoming connection. In that case just add PMServer.exe to the firewall "allow" list. If you're behind a router somewhere, you have open ports 8087 and 8088 in the router's port forwarding setup.

its on a local computer behind a router. ive port forwarded the ports and checked them to make sure that they are open and everything is good. still getting the error though :( ive also tried using the site suggested cloud.altlantic and same error with using that as well

It's not related to your website or the iframe because I cannot make a direct connection to 108.193.12.137:8087. Assuming that still is your internet IP. Double click the Internet IP Address setting in Poker Mavens and click the lookup button. Make sure you're still matching your iframe src parameter. Otherwise your router or your firewall software on the PC is still blocking.

Regarding Atlantic.net, you tried installing the Poker Mavens software there or just put an iframe linking back to your home PC?

I can connect now in Chrome and get the poker client through your iframe on your web site. But in Mozilla SeaMonkey it's giving me a "operation is insecure" message through your web site (but I can connect directly to your poker server). I've seen this before with GoDaddy domains where they were using GoDaddy's forwarding feature (which uses its own iframe) rather than using their name servers in the normal way. How do you have your domain set up?

Is active directory requires for the setup?
