load testing - number of users

Hi all,

I am quiet excited to know how i can simulate a number of users on my version of maven

and see till how much load mavens works fine, I am gonna do this for study purpose, so any views more is further welcome.

There's no easy way to do that. You would essentially need to write a bot program that reverse engineered the client, simulated the actions of human players, making HTTP/WebSocket connections to get a simulated flow of packet traffic back and forth.

Load testing is finding the limit of the site's capacity over time. What I propose is up to 2000 players for as long as it takes to identify any memory leaks. I'm not going to tie up 24 machines for a week for free.
