Would You Please Mention Me How I Can Block Chat For A User?

On the Accounts tab in the server interface, edit the settings for the particular player and set a non-zero date in the future for their Chat field.

Ther iS A Banner In Most Of Mavens Website That Shows The Most Winner of week
For Example
MR X Won Totally 1,253 chips
MR Y Won Totally 1,100 chips

There's a Chip Leaders script on the API examples page:

But it's just polling the current account balances for that. To get weekly changes you would need to subtract last week's balances that you saved somewhere. And also account for any deposits and withdrawals.

Just set "Start when full" to Yes for that tournament and make sure "Sit and Go tab" is enabled in the Client Settings group on the System tab.
