Players forced into "siiting out" mode...

When one of our tournaments runs longer than approx. 1.5 hours...the same couple of players have trouble playing. They are forced into "sitting out" mode and cannot reenter the game. Also, the action seems to slow down around the same time in the tournament. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As a temporary solution, they just need to clear their Hand History window every hour or so. What happens is that when that list gets a few thousand lines of text in it, it takes longer and longer to add new lines. It seems to be an internal Flash issue. I'm working on redesigning the hand history system so that clearing the list won't be necessary.
