Changes:

Fixed column header bug in lobby window. This was caused by the changes in 3.07 and would result in the column headers not filling the full width of the column whenever non-English or custom labels were used.

Added RegChips field to AccountsGet/AccountsList API commands. This reports the total buy-in+entry fee amounts of players who are registered (in the waiting list) for tournaments that have not yet started.

Setup program now warns if previous version still running. Previously, trying to install the program or running the upgrade would crash with an obscure error if an older version was still running.
