Changes:

Added new "Duplicate IPs" option to ring game settings. You can now prevent players with the same IP address from playing at the same ring game table while still allowing duplicate IPs to log into the server (using the existing "Allow duplicate IPs" option in the Server Settings group). The new option is table specific so you must enable it for each individual ring table to use it (it defaults to "No").

Fixed numerous frozen client bugs caused by table windows being placed over modal dialogs. Modal dialogs are popup windows/messages that must be closed before you can interact with other portions of the program.
