background
is it possible to make it swf?
when i make it swf and put it in the server settings my client screen gets very big.
when i use png all problems are gone.

How did you create your swf file? I used the conversion tool at

http://www.pokermavens.net/swf.htm

to convert a png and a jpg to swf and they both displayed normally as background logos.

Yes I used this link.
try it again and yes still goes big and if i use png all is fine

Also, try clearing your browser's cache just to make sure it isn't loading an older version of the file.
