Some of our clients are having problems while changing avatars mid game, client just freezes for them. Avatar is changed next time when they are in game.
I wasnt able to replicate that error.

Also every day there are at least 4-5 errors like this one:

2012-01-03 18:49:40|Error sending file to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: PMClient
2012-01-03 19:00:08|Error sending file to XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: red.png

Are you using the default avatar set? Is the change being made from the "Change info" command on the Account menu in the client? If those same people try to change their avatar again, will it lock up again each time? See if you can determine what (if anything) those people have in common (i.e., using the same web browser, etc.).

Also every day there are at least 4-5 errors like this one:

Those are normal, people will close their browsers or drop their internet connection in the middle of file transfers and the system logs those events.
