Hi,

I have noticed the following problem. Player joined a table with chips, got disconnected (basically lost his connection) and when he came back to play his chips from the table he was on were gone. I noticed that the date changed after the disconnect. The Event logs for the player are below. Any ideas where the chips have went??? Has anyone else had this problem?

Player ghaderi has lost 454422 chips below....

The table name in the last line (Table 2k/4k #1) doesn't match the others (Table 5k/10kFast). Please email me the complete event files and relevant hand history files for those tables. Thanks.

Sitting at the table or when sitting out, chips will disappear.

they got the same problem as I did before .. and I am still having it now. *just had to recreate some account and gave back chips to some players yesterday) .. even in 2.95. I thought it was my chip setting .. so maybe it wasn't .. it's not just the chips are gone, even the accounts are gone too the account became 0 bytes. but it do not happen to everyone and the same one everytime.

i am not sure if this help you to solve this problem.

there is no log error on my system, but before this happened, normally i saw the error message .. "too many files opened" or something like that on my screen .. i think they probably don't see this message, except me.

Aren't you running Windows emulation under Linux? As I've mentioned, I offer no support for that. I've not had any reports like that from Windows users.
