Ring Game Kick

Ring Games auto Kick it does not seem to be working, For a player with 0 Chips this has happened on 2 occasions where the player is takeing up a seat at a ring game with no chips but is not kicked.

What is the value of "Maximum sitout minutes" under "Table Settings". It defaults to 10 minutes. Does it show "Sitting Out" for the player or just "0"?

It shows sitting out the server setting is 5 minutes.
He was there for almost an hour before i kicked him
