It looks correct to me. There are two methods for button movement. Poker Mavens uses the "button always move" method in accordance with Robert's Rules of Poker, section 4, rule 2a:

If the SB busts, then the BB gets to skip a SB. If you use the dead button method then someone gets the button twice in a row. Either way, someone will get a slight advantage. I prefer the first method. I believe PokerStars and Full Tilt use this also.
