Can you look back in the hand history files to see who was the last person to be in that seat? If so, please email me that one and the one following it. Also check the event and error logs at the time to see if anything unusual was recorded for that player.

Hi Kent,

I have to find sometime to reset the logs back on because with my system, it's very slow if i set the log to ON .. but this is what i saw in the remote log:

Error saving account file: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Poker Mavens\Accounts\huybkc.dat

i only have this log on .. and i got couple of lines like this sometime and that happened..

thanks Kent.

The hand history files are separate from the event files. They shouldn't have any effect on system performance and you can auto-delete them after a specified number of days. You're not low on disk space, are you? Are you doing any direct file i/o on the account files outside of the program?
