I've waited a while to see if this fixed itself with a Chrome update, but it's still being reported by players and today I saw it in another Chrome based browser.

When a player mouseovers another player, sometimes all other players at the table, the alert box that comes up with their info will flicker repeatedly.

This only happens in Chrome based browsers as far as I can tell.

I'm not able to reproduce that. If it only happens sometimes it would help if you could figure what is different when it does that verses when it doesn't.

Right now my thinking is it's only happening when the table is at certain sizes after a resize.
