Random "Freezing" Bug?

Hi,

Think this has been brought to your attention before, but the problem still goes on and its still frustrating lol.

While playing/idling/whatever Im doing, I get random client freezes. What I mean by freezes is that everything stops, but looks normal. Say I've just made a bet, it looks like the other guy is thinking but in reality he's called and we're on the turn, however my client hasnt updated.

I get out of this "Freeze" by either typing in the chat box, or clicking (not opening) a table in the lobby. Im assuming this asks the server for a refresh of sorts, and my tables/chat will then catch up.

I've used different accounts within the software, and its the same for all the ones I've used, so its probably a problem my end, as I've heard of nobody else with the same problem.

I've cleared my cache and cookies and tried different browsers.

The problem is not gamebreaking, just incredibly frustrating lol.

No, this is the first I've heard of this. Is this on a PC? Do you have access to other PCs or an iPad to see if it's isolated to one particular device. Which browsers have you tried? Do you have any security/firewall software running that could be interfering with the connection?

Hi Kent,

Unfortunately I have no access to other PCs. I currently play on my Laptop (Samsung NP300V5A-S0MIN For what its worth). I do have access to a Samsung Tablet, so will give that a go at some point soon.

Have tried Chrome/FireFox. Please dont make me try IE :(.

No interferring Secruity stuff as far as I know.

Download managers have also been known to interfere with the connection.
