Small chat callback bug with titles

If "Show Player Title in Chat" is disabled, the chat callback POSTs the person's title as an empty string. Pretty minor bug/easy to work around but thought id point it out.

That's by design since the callback reflects what is displayed in the client. However, I'll add a note in the docs explaining that.
