Disappearing chips on table reset

Heya Kent, found a new bug tonight when using some auto tables. I shut down the table with 3 people registered on it, in order to edit a property fast and restart it. The chips disappeared instead of being kicked back into the accounts. Also, we should update to the latest Beta again, tonight. Way to keep us busy
