Buy-in rejection and missing avatars

I finally tracked down a nagging ring game bug related to the buy-in process. Prior to 2.06, if you clicked on a seat during a hand but didn't click Ok on the buy-in dialog until after the next hand started, it would leave you in the seat with no avatar and no chips. You could still play by adding on chips from the Options menu but it would still be without an avatar. I half-way fixed that in 2.06 where it would just boot you off the table and you would have to try again. I finally found the bug where it was clearing the "reserved" flag on the new player at the end of hand when it should have left it as-is until the player could complete the buy-in. This will be fixed in the next update.
