when playing in a ring game or tournament. if the connection dropped and i m still in the game the cards disappear after reconnecting, and only are shown when i fold.
for example.
i m playing a tournament, the connection stopped. i refresh the page, i see its my turn and there's no cards. when i click fold. i put the mouse over my avatar and i see my folded cards.
also hand helper won't write anything.
sometimes, clickin on my avatar many times and clicking default windows size might show my cards.

Re: CARDS DISAPPEAR
Have you tried the "Refresh table" command on the table's Options menu?

Hi
This happened to me too, by freshing the table, they comes back, but sometimes they don't .. and most of the users do not know how to refresh the table.

You can use the Site News feature to tell them about it.madcow wrote:and most of the users do not know how to refresh the table.
Re: CARDS DISAPPEAR
hi,
This bug is killing my users (i have many users disconnecting a lot). Instead of telling users how to "get away" from this problem, I insistingly ask you to consider this as a bug, and reload the player's hand after reconnecting. Please! It is so inappropriate to tell users to refresh the table each time they get disconnected.
Best Regards,
Reza

I'm working on a system to handle that better.
